Every participant in ATF declares that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.
Participation
Participation Requirements
Only pre-registered badge holders can enter the Event. Badges are personal, non-transferable, and can only be used by the registered person during the Event.
The organizer reserves the right to revoke any badge at its sole discretion.
On-site Registration Fees
Pricing
Online registration may be subject to pricing based on the deadline.
Registrations made on-site during open fair days may be subject to a higher fee.
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Suitable Participants and Dress Code
Who can participate?
ATF is a B2B platform. Entry is limited to professionals operating in tourism, hospitality, travel, aviation, MICE, travel technology, and related sectors.
Business attire is mandatory.
Individuals wearing inappropriate clothing may be denied entry.
No admission required for those under 18.
Unless the organizer has given prior written consent.
Only certified guide dogs and service animals are permitted.
ATF World Account
Registered participants will receive automatic access to ATF World as part of the program. This platform includes scheduling, messaging, and matchmaking functions.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your Personal Data
By registering with ATF, you agree to the ATF Privacy Policy.
Scanning the badge consents to your name and contact information being shared with the relevant participant or sponsor.
Badge scans may be conducted during the session or panel; information may be shared with the session host.
All personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK (Law No. 6698).
Badge Security
The badge should not be shared — misuse may result in removal from the event.
Badges that have been altered, copied, transferred, or obtained through fraudulent means are invalid.
Identity Verification and Personal Belongings
Identity and Belongings Rules
It is mandatory to carry valid photo identification and present it upon request.
All bags and items may be subject to security screening.
Items are the responsibility of the participant; the Organizer is not liable for loss or damage.

Press Accreditation and Photography
Media and Recording Guidelines
Press badges are limited to verified journalists, editors, photographers, publishers, and established industry media professionals. Advertising and sales representatives are not eligible for press accreditation.
By participating in the event, you consent to your image being used for promotional and archival purposes.
Registration for commercial purposes requires the prior written consent of the Organizer.
Event Elements
The program, speakers, floor plan, and features are subject to change. Access to some sessions or VIP features may be restricted and/or subject to an additional fee. Cancellation of a booked session does not entitle you to a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Postponement and Refund
All registrations, tickets, and platform access are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at its sole discretion.
In case of cancellation, the Organizer is not responsible for participants' external costs such as travel and accommodation.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in this event is at the participant's own risk. The organizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to any registration fee paid by the participant.
